MobiLED's innovative LED double burner with strobe

At the beginning of 2023, we received a question from one of our valued customers: Do you have an LED double-burner with the light image of the original halogen double-burner? The current LED double-burners did not meet expectations and deterred truck drivers from switching to LED lighting. What started as a simple "Can you provide one?" eventually became a development process that we completed within one year.

MobiLED designed an in-house LED double-burner that fully meets the needs of the "old school" trucker. The customer requirements were clear:

• The same light image as the original halogen
• Warm amber colour
• Great service life

On top of that, MobiLED had a few additional requirements:

• Multi-voltage (10-32 volts)
• Two colours: white and amber
• More styles including transparent and a dark look lens
• 2-metre cable for faster installation
• Fully and correctly certified according to European homologation rules
• And as icing on the cake, the design team has equipped the M-LED double burner with an additional feature: R65 approved amber flashing.

Thanks to fast decision-making and short lines of communication with various customers, we turned an idea into a turnkey product in just 10 months. The end result is certainly worth mentioning: an LED double burner with a classic look, modern technology and all versions fully certified according to European homologation rules.
